He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Sarver; his children, Michael Harris, Heather Hole and Trinette Bush (Gabriel Thompson); his grandchildren, Matthew, Chasie, JJ and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Sylvia, Lincoln and Sophia; his sisters, Susanna Flint and Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Norman, Beth Jeffers (Gary) and David Sarver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
