He is survived by: his father Donald Starcher; his wife Paula Starcher; his children, Jade Pastore (Robin), Jason Pastore (Ashley) and Justin Pastore (Jill); his stepchildren, Zachary Baringer (Sam), April Severe (Jasmine Smith) and Hannah Severe (Sean); his siblings, Bob Starcher (Staci) and Diana Nash (Larry); his mother-in-law Brenda Sorrells (John); his brother-in-law Paul Carr; his grandchildren, Mason, Tucker, Keeli, Kallie, Kloee, Ethan, Evan, Elijah and Elliott; his stepgrandchildren, Cabela, Taylor, Hazelee, Jasper, Alister, Grayden and Keilan Mwiinga; his nieces and nephews, Jason Starcher (Danielle), Schyler Rizzo, Brianna Douglas, Scott Mitchell, Amanda Mitchell (Greg), Matt Mitchell, Ashley Thompson (Shaun) and Nicole Nash (Robert); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aaliyah, Martina, Darryl, Nashlynn, Lexi, Kyler, Mason, Tucker, Sawyer, Kora and Colson.
