She is survived by: her husband Roy Mills Jr.; her son Roy Mills (Connie); her stepchildren, Joe Mills (Wendy) and Sherry Smith (Jeff); her siblings, Mike Billingsley (Terri), Karen Stewart and Joe Billingsley; and her uncle Richard Day. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
