He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Myral Ethington and Shirley Ann Lambert (Burney); and his sister Denise Ethington. He is survived by: his wife Connie Lynn Ethington (Terry); his children, Joshua Ethington of Indianapolis and Kendell Ethington (Carrie) of Bloomingdale; his grandchildren, Matthew, Calista, James and Jarod; and his brothers, Danny Ethington (Susan) of Florida, Donnie Ethington (Vangi) of Alabama and Denny Ethington of Florida.
