It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Shaw (Crawfordsville, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Delia Johnson; his stepfather Gary Johnson of Crawfordsville; his father Larry Shaw of Bradenton, Florida; his siblings, Larry Shaw II and Amanda Shaw; and his grandmother Ruth Myers. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
