He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Smith (Susan) of Crawfordsville, Dale Smith (Ruth) of Bowling Green, Ohio, Marcia Rhoads (Barry) of Brownsburg and Donna Church (Dave) of Fishers. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews and 22 great-nieces and great-nephews.
