He was predeceased by: his brother Albert Emberton. He is survived by: his parents, Billy W. Emberton and Lyewellyn "Lou" Dowell Emberton; his daughter Bailey Emberton; his sisters, Teresa Everett (Kevin) of Kingman, Belinda Pearson (Kerry) of Kingman and Tina Richardson (Jeff) of Kingman; and also, Gregory Emberton of Crawfordsville, William Emberton of Crawfordsville, Andy Emberton (Wanda) of Crawfordsville and Tim Emberton (Misty) of Ladoga.
