He was predeceased by: his father Ronald J. Kelly Sr.; and his brother Ronald "Joe" Kelly Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sandra L. Lyon Kelly; his sister Jill Brock (Heath); and his nephews, Chirstopher Kelly, Chaz Brock and Dillon Brock. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and many cousins.
