He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Gene" Radcliff and Mary Radcliff (Bishop); his wife Phyllis Morris; his stepmother Eleanor Radcliff; his brothers, Bishop (Jo) and Rawley Radcliff (Emmagene); and his daughter-in-law Shelley.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Radcliff, Randy Radcliff (Lori), Lynda Radcliff, Rick Radcliff (Kitty) and Brenda Barnes (Chris); his grandchildren, Erin, Jeff, Rebekah, Trey, Drew, Levi, Kelley, Tucker and Aniah; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Reyde, Kamryn, Kearston, Jocelyn, Lincoln and Kalana; and his brother Bill Zachary (Mary Lou). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
