She was predeceased by: her brother Charles McGuinness; and her parents, Charles Thomas and Margret Ann McGuinness (Dickerson). She is survived by: her husband Robert William Bell; her daughters, Mary Margaret Cherry (Gregory) and Jayne Ann Lough (Gregory); her grandchildren, Olivia Brown (Jared), Graham Lough (Channing) of Darlington, Madilyn Bell of Chicago and Grace Lough of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Harrison and Truett Brown of Darlington; and her sister Patricia Dobson of Indianapolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church, Crawfordsville, Indiana, or the Darlington Library, 203 W. Main St, Darlington, Indiana 47940, in Charlotte's honor.
