He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stevens and Celia Stevens (Anderson); his wives, Ellen Stevens (Liford) and Ruby; and his son Rick Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Lorri Stevens of Crawfordsville and Gregg Stevens of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, William Stevens of Indianapolis and Joseph Stevens (Linda) of Florida; his grandchildren, Kerri Edwards, Kayla Stevens, Noah Stevens and Sydney Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Laine, Kenley and Jaron Hayes.
