She was predeceased by: her parents, David and Ruth; and her brother William Henry Middleton (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Rusty Bair of Crawfordsville and Cheryl Taylor of Crawfordsville, IN.; and her grandchild Tamra Orlea (Jason) of Alamo, IN..

Those who wish to, are encourage to make donations to the St. Joseph Indian School for Girls in South Dakota in Carole's memory, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
