She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Whicker and Lola Whicker (Jones); her husband Terry Lee Hockersmith; and her brothers, Jerry Whicker and Michael Whicker.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Blake, Devan, Riley, Jaxon, Sam, Trevor, Hudson and Camden; her sister-in-law Debbie Watson (J. D.); and her nephew Paul Watson (Celeste).
