Carl Edward Bacon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Edward Bacon of Crawfordsville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Bacon and Ruthella Smiddy Bacon; and his brother Bobby Gene Bacon. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Louise Blankenship Bacon; his sons, Ron Bacon of Lafayette and Gary Bacon (Rhonda) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Lisa Gillham (Alex), Monica Bacon, Kayla Lang (Michael) and Cassi Bacon; and his great grandchildren, Archer, Lilia Lang and Henry Edward Gillham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gooch Funeral Home (112 W Howard St, Rockville, IN 47872). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
