He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bruce and Helen Howland (Huminsky); his wife Bonnybell Howland (Sekema); and his children, Tracy Howland and Thomas Andrew Howland.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Brennan (Jack); his son Jeffery Howland (Darla); his grandchildren, Eric Howland and Elizabeth Howland; and his stepgrandchildren, Aaron Sudduth (Meredith) of Bargersville, IN, Amber Carrigan (Bill) of Fowler, IN, Abagayle, Clay, Waylon Carrigan and Kendalyn Sudduth.
