It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burl Grayson of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Patrick and Alma May Grayson (Hawkins); his siblings, Bert, Roy, John, James, Ed Grayson, Betty Thompson, Connie Price, Ruth Montgomery, Goldy Hensel and Edna Stewart; and his brother-in-law Rex Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Phillips; his sister Marion Davis of Frankfort; his sisters-in-law, Alice Grayson and Donna Phillips; his son Kirk Allen Grayson of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Eve Hungerford (Eric) of Crawfordsville, Levi Kirk Grayson (Julie) of Hillsboro and Autumn Rose Grayson (Brandon Alonzo) of Utah; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Phillips (Alice), Danny Phillips and Dennis Phillips (Cathy). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
