He was predeceased by: his siblings, Russell and Dorothy; his former wife Nina Pearl Williams; and his daughter Sherry Lynn Williams. He is survived by: his children, Billy Williams Jr. and Brenda Williams; his wife Sue Brooks; and his sister Bev Frazee.
