He was predeceased by: his parents, Lex Collins and Mable Collins (Davis) of Waveland, IN.; and his siblings, Bob Collins and Patricia Poynts. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Collins; his daughters, Ginger Collins and Marla Crouch (Tony); his grandchildren, Nicole Bockting (Jason) of Indianapolis, IN, Stephanie Wethington of Crawfordsville, IN, David Wethington of Lebanon, IN, Caleb Crouch (Nicole) of Lynn Haven, FL and Cameron Crouch (Christy) of Mahomet, IL.; and his great grandchildren, Rylin, Molly, Peyton, Andrew, Madison, Abigail, Gage, Aidan, Aubrey, Ellaina, Hunter, Jared and Olivia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Vine Church.
