She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis F. Hettinger and Frances A. Teeters Hettinger; and her daughter Marci S. Lietz. She is survived by: her husband David L. Lietz; her daughter Tammy Martin (Mark) of Tuscola; her grandsons, Zack Martin (Heather) of Clinton, IN and Austin Martin (Breanna) of Tuscola; her great grandchildren, Bradley Russell, Caleb Russell, Brentley Martin, Lucas Martin, Ethan Martin and Kyler Martin; and her siblings, Steve Hettinger (Becky) of Tuscola, Ken Hettinger (Lena) of Hindsboro, Larry Hettinger (Debbie) of Tuscola and Kathy Page (Rich) of Paxton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society or to the donor's choice.
