She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladis McManomy and Audrey O. McManomy (Starkey); and her husband Ted R. Ramsay. She is survived by: her sons, Royce Ramsay (Susan), Don Ramsay, Jon Ramsay (Jackie) and Rex Ramsay; her grandchildren, Alan Ramsay, Jane Ramsay (Frank), Kinli Ramsay, Kandis Swank (Austin), Meagan Starnes (Adrian), Wade Warren, Isaiah Ramsay, Liam Ramsay, Owen Ramsay and Luke Covault (Megan); her great grandchildren, Wayne Peaslee, Graham Ramsay, Charlotte McCormick, Maverick Swank, Camdon Swank, Charlotte Starnes, Penelope Starnes, Parker Warren, Henry Warren and Navey Covault; and her sister Gwen Martin.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sanders Funeral Care (202 Bratton Rd, Waynetown, IN 47990). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Barbara's name to the Waynetown Christian Church, PO Box 296, Waynetown, Indiana 47990.
