It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Allen of Crawfordsville, Indiana, born in Opdyke, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dale and Irene Williams; her husband George C. Allen, Jr.; and her sister Patricia Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Minkler of Las Vegas, Nevada and Mike Allen (Kristy) of Bakersfield, California; her grandchildren, Jennifer Glather (Denny), Philip Allen (Valerie), Gretchen Knaggs (Jason), Sally Meeks (Scott), Kristin Standage (Steve) and Kendra Harris (Jacob); and her sisters, Joan Eads and Carolyn Wright. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in her memory be directed to Prairie Creek Baptist Church, 3304 S. Meridian Road, Kingman, IN 47952.
