She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kuba and Georgina Kuba (Rellis); her husband David Michael Howell; and her aunt Victoria Galezewski. She is survived by: her son Michael Howell (Maribeth); her granddaughter Gina Howell; and her siblings, Sharon Szynalski (Norbert), Frank Kuba (Penny) and Emil Kuba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
