She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Leslie Pickett and Julia Gertrude Nelson Pickett; her former spouse Rishel Martin Eutsler; her husband Fred "Doug" Neff; her brothers, Don, George and David Pickett; and her daughter-in-law Rita Eutsler.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Eutsler of Darlington and Carol Priebe of Crawfordsville. She is also survived by two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
