He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lyon; his children, Chyrl Sherlock (Ken), Janet Surface and Phil Burkhardt (Stacey); his sister Dorothy Holt; his former wife Revadell Myers; and his grandchildren, Kristen Price, Erica Bayless, Meagan Livesay, Kaleb Meihls, Jill Marcum, Katie Villines, Mike Sherlock and Sarah Surface.
