She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Conrad and Edna Conrad. She is survived by: her children, Tami Gaither, Traci Morris, Sabrina Gaither, David Mattingly (Lana) and Charles "Chuck" Mattingly (Krystle); and her siblings, Lois Baumgartle and Forest Conrad (Sandra). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
