He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. Cunningham and Wilma Cunningham (Wertsbaugh); and his daughter Susan. He is survived by: his children, Mike Cunningham (Janice) of Covington and Nancy Hughes (Steve) of Covington, IN.; his grandchildren, Andy Cunningham (Kim) of Orange Beach, AL, Jon Cunningham (Maribeth) of Westfield, IN, Phil Cunningham (Madi) of Westfield, IN, Kim Johnson (Shawn) of Covington, IN, Bethany Dudley (Cole) of Los Gatos, CA, Brandon and Dusty Hughes of Covington, IN; his great grandchildren, Maya, Karaline Clemence of Covington, IN, Will, Jack, Calvin Cunningham, Elaine Grace Cunningham of Westfield, IN and Gus Dudley of Los Gatos, CA; his nephew John Buckner; and his brother Oren of Mike's Grill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
