She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Harper and Helen Harper; her husband Samuel R. Blough; her son Daniel; her son-in-law Ronald Gutmann; her great grandchild Dalton; and her siblings, Robert Harper and Virginia Nagel.

She is survived by: her children, Steven (Sam), Debra Gutmann, David (Inga) and Robert Blough (Lori). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to Lutheran Dialysis or National Kidney Foundation.
