She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Jahnke and Mildred Jahnke (Cotton); and her brother Keith Jahnke. She is survived by: her former husband Richard L. Astell; her husband Bill R. Sherman; her niece Thelma Marie Emily (Glenn) of Clarksville, IN; her nephew Kenny Jahnke of Henryville, IN; and her stepchildren, Candy Ross and Billy R. Sherman II of Urbana.
