He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Wendell and Helen Ilene Fulton (Helt); his nephew Richard "Ritchie" Fulton; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Conway and Charles Van Abrahams.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ann Fulton; his daughter Julie Renee Grott (Michael); his grandchildren, Kyle Grott (Katie), Kaitlin Jagiello (Joseph) and Kelly Koivuniemi (Andrew); his daughter Jill Rae Fulton; his grandchildren, Tanner Coffing (Jessica), Tyler Coffing (Jakob) and Trace Coffing; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Winfield Grott, Michael Edward Jagiello, John Wilder Koivuniemi and Noah Rae Coffing; and his siblings, Richard Fulton, Karen Van Abrahams and Jeanine Conway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (412 Market St, Covington, IN 47932). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coal Creek Cemetery W (Covington, IN 47932).
In lieu of flowers, our family kindly requests memorials to the Experimental Aircraft Association or the Western Indiana Community Foundation Scholarship fund in memory of John R. Fulton.
