She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoagland and Ruth Hoagland; her husband Bud; her former husband Howard Van Leer; her child Fay Goodwin; and her siblings, Alvina VanPelt, Naomi Hines Hoagland, Richard, Nathaniel and Harry Hoagland.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Jainer (Jeff) of Fabius, NY, Richard Bellis (Rita) of Melbourne, FL and Lew Starkey of Lafayette, IN; and her siblings, George Hoagland and Kathrine Hines-Seyfert. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
