He is survived by: his wife Linda Chilcote (Woodrow); his children, Kathy Kasubjak (Chuck) of Fishers, IN, Fred "Tom" Rayburn, Jr. (Kim), Steve Rayburn and Karen Roberts (Eric) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Amanda "Mandy" Marie Kasubjak Illg (Kerry), Jason Charles Kasubjak, Ryne Thomas Rayburn (Brittany), Steffi Christine Anderson (Ben), Shea Kenzie Rayburn, DeeAnn Nicole Jensen (D. J.), Dr. Brittany Rayburn Bertsch (Tim), Gabrielle "Gabby" Roberts and Sophia Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Carter Marie Illg, Parker Christiana Illg, Beckett Rayburn, Brooks Rayburn, Sam Anderson, Mylo Anderson, Deklon Jensen, Dawsyn Jensen, Teagan Bertsch and Tatum Bertsch.
