He was predeceased by: his father David Wayne Hayden, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Deborah E. Hicks; his sons, Erick James Hayden and Ayden Scott; his siblings, David W. Hayden Jr., James Wesley Hayden (Jonna), Jessica Lynn Lucas (Gene) and Joshua L. Pitts; and his nieces and nephews, Alisha Ann Hamady, Zandrick Kadrian Varvel and Hadleigh Nicole Jo.
