It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen A. Hawkins of Covington, Indiana, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Eileen A. Hawkins to show support.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Hay and Clella Hay; her brothers, John and Delbert Hay; her son Douglas Hawkins; and her son-in-law Allyn Crouse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Brauninger (Gary) and Donna Crouse; and her grandchildren, Ryan Hawkins, Rebecca Williams (Christopher), Amy Castle (Bryan) and Brenda Heskett (Kevin). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shelby & Keller Funeral Home and Cremation Services (622 3rd St, Covington, IN 47932). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. As Jack passed during the pandemic, a celebration of their life will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 with visitation from 4:00-5:00 PM EST and memorial service at 5:00 PM EST at the funeral home with Pastor Todd Creason officiating.
