He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph White and Alta White (Kemple); and his wife Jeanene Hutchison. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca White (Deb Provo) of Nashville, TN; his daughter-in-law Jennie White of Indianapolis, IN; his brother Don F. White of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Stephanie White, Shanda Allison (Doug) and Stacey White (Jamie Hazel); his great grandchildren, Landon, Aiden, Avery White and Grayson Hazel-White; his sons, Todd White and D. Kevin White; his grandson Scott William White; and his sisters, Pauline McNeese and Janet White.
