He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert C. Turner and Laura J. Turner (Snyder); his former wife Barbara J. Turner; his wife Reva L. Weller-Turner (Cole); his siblings, Lewis H. Turner and Mossie Kate Turner; his siblings-in-law, Russell Stark and Joyce Turner; and his stepson Ronald Weller.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael F. Turner (Karen) of Cayuga, IN and Jeffrey K. Turner (Lisa) of Williamsport, IN; his grandchildren, Major Katharyn E. Turner, Kimberly L. Bleigh (Timothy) of Cayuga, IN, Matthew K. (Kara) of Columbia City, IN, Michael D. Turner of Greenwood, IN and Jacob D. Turner (Maysa) of Perrysville, IN; his great grandchildren, David Turner, Josiah Turner, Abbigail Lewis and Gwendolynn Lewis; his stepchildren, Steve Weller (Kathy) of Bloomington, IN, Kathy and Mary Ellen Weller (Donna) of Carol Stream, IL; and his sister-in-law Norma Turner of Covington, IN. He is also survived by his parents and in laws.
