She was predeceased by: her children, Ron "Gene" Cummins and Brenda Sue Cummins. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Cummins; her daughter Rhonda Hardy (Chris Salts) of Covington; her daughter-in-law Betty Beaver Cummins of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Miranda Peck (William), Miryah Cummins (Zane Grott) and Michaela Cummins (Wyatt Speer); her great grandchild Elana Peck; and her siblings, Zandra Block and Darlene Megenhardt (Larry). She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
