He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Everett and Gertrude May Shumaker Watts; his siblings, Robert Levi Truex and Sandra Kay Stewart (Richard); his grandson Robert Cole; and his niece Gina Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Cherie Lynette Daughenbaugh (J. B.) of Gibson City, Illinois, Charles Allen Watts II (Wendy) of Charlestown and Cyle Andrew Watts of Brazil, Indiana; his niece Toni Kay Estrada (Louis); his bonus-childrens, Holly Peyton (Brian) and Darrin Cronkhite; and his grandchildren, Dusty Huber (Billie), Heather Huber, Brandon Cole, Justen Watts (Michaela), Renee Reece (Jake), Cole Watts (Abbie), Nathan Daughenbaugh, Brice Peyton and Briley. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
