He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Rose Willoughby; and his siblings, Elmo, Mike, Harry Willoughby, Marti Lunsford and Mary Jane Nash.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Makepeace (William) of Cape Coral, FL, Pamela Willoughby (Mike Sellers) of Decatur, GA and Anthony Willoughby of New Salisbury, IN; and his great grandchildren, Jamie, Kristin, Caleb, Haley Makepeace, Kelly, Abigail, Isabelle Eaton, Carter, Noah Chen, Stephanie, Michael, Brittany, Riley, Joshua Bottles, Anthony Jr. and Andrew Willoughby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
