He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Applegate and Wilma McCollum Applegate; and his son Shawn Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Sally L. Dimmick of Georgetown, IN; his daughters, Sabrina A. Heavrin (Christopher) of Corydon, IN and Mythina M. Crump (Matthew) of Charlestown, IN; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Applegate of Corydon, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
