He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dave Shewmaker and Gail Shewmaker; his son Tom; his wife Leanna Evon Shewmaker; his daughter Suzette Twiggs (Jim); his granddaughters, Taylor Twiggs, Sydney Twiggs and Arin Shewmaker; and his sister Hazel Bugher. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
