He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Massie and Leola Allen Massie; his son Harold Ray Massie; his granddaughter Alexandra Mittig; and his siblings, Raymond, Darrell, Leroy Massie and Savannah Massie.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell Kidd Massie; his children, Earl Massie, Anthony Massie, Barbara Rechy, Penny Goins (Greg), Savannah Green (Kenneth), Rose Kelley (David), Yvette Benham (Daniel) and Dawn Boling (Brad); and his brother Carl Massie (Linda). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
