He is survived by: his mother Diana Kaye Jacobs Lasley of Corydon; his sister Shelly A. Kendrick (Charles) of Corydon; and his nieces and nephews, Gage B. Kendrick and Cassidy N. Kendrick. He is also survived by many loving cousins, family and friends.
