He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Dorothy Franks, Lewis and Annis Cline; his brother-in-law Jay Holbrook; and his uncle Gary Cottrill.
He is survived by: his parents, David Franks and Diane Franks (Cline); his wife Tiffany Franks (Shields); and his siblings, Chad Franks (Sandy) and Dana Holbrook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Troy's memory to Harrison County Community Foundation.
