She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Smith and Lula Mae Gerdon Smith; her husband William Nale; and her brother Art Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Higginbotham of Corydon and Alice Pate of Corydon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
