It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Tobias of Corydon, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dearinger and Erma Hart Dearinger; and her daughter Sue Lynn Tobias. She is survived by: her husband Marshall A. Tobias; her daughter Katrina Layer (John K.) of Evansville, Indiana; her siblings, Ronald Dearinger of Logansport, Indiana, Carolyn Sommers of Forest and Paula Harshbarger of Delphi, Indiana; her grandchildren, Caitlin Nikolai (Peter) and Andrew K. Layer (Kaleen); and her great grandchildren, Ariel, Lucas Nikolai and Nathaniel Layer.
