He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Barrett Miller; his daughters, Lisa Amy of Corydon and Christina Miller of Corydon; his grandchildren, Erica Mills (Anthony), Jacob Hoback, Logan Amy and Damon Miller; his great grandchild Xavier Mills; and his siblings, Mike Miller (Karen) of Mauckport, Bea Gehm of North Carolina and Delores Spencer of Florida.
