He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Paul Phillips and Peggy Marie Phillips; and his sisters, Deborah Reeves and Peggy Whitehurst. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ellis Phillips; his sons, Jason M. Phillips and Jeff C. Phillips; his grandsons, Darrian Z. Phillips, Jakob A. Phillips and Brett N. Phillips; and his great grandchild Heidi Lane Phillips.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
