He is survived by: his wife Dorris J. Carver Wooten; his children, Roger Wooten, Jr. (Wendy) of Corydon, Benjamin Wooten of Indiana, Christine Shaffer (James) of Corydon, Carla Stepro (Jerry) of Corydon and Crystal Wooten (Shawn) of Mauckport; his stepson Bill Steiner of New Middletown; and his siblings, Melvin Wooten of Columbia Kentucky, Doris Bachman (David) of Corydon and Marilyn Sneed (Dale) of Columbia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
