He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Lawalin and Lois Thiry Lawalin; and his granddaughter Destiny Cissell. He is survived by: his wife Dawn E. Moorman Lawalin; his children, Jason Lawalin of Floyds Knobs, Daniel Lawalin of Corydon, Brad Lawalin of Louisville and Rhonda Lawalin-Lee of Corydon; his stepchildren, Zachary Moorman of Evansville, Ethan Simpson of Corydon, Zara Moorman of Louisville and Mariah Culp of Chandler, Indiana; and his siblings, Edward Lawalin of Cannelton, Indiana and Tammy Harding of Cannelton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
