He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Demaree and Clara Mae Ritchey Demaree; his wife Lorraine Demaree of Corydon, IN; his daughters, Tonya Gerdon (Dale) of Laconia, IN and Shelley Houghton (Mark) of Lanesville, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob Gerdon (Christanna), Jarred Gerdon (Destiny), John Howard Houghton, Ethan James Houghton and Aubrianna Rayne Hoten; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Lee, Emma Marie and Braylin Monroe Gerdon.
